What this tool does: Enter a date of birth and vaccination history to see which routine Ontario vaccine doses may be due next. The forecast is based only on age and the doses entered. It does not consider medical conditions, occupation, travel, or other risk factors.

What this tool does not do: It does not assess eligibility for vaccines offered to people with specific medical conditions or other higher-risk factors. Only routine vaccines and schedules available to the general population are included.

For high-risk eligibility or recommendations outside Ontario's routine schedule, check with your local public health unit or healthcare provider.

This tool is meant to support clinical judgment, not replace it.
Vaccines given outside Canada: Results are only accurate if the doses entered are valid and equivalent to products used in Ontario. The tool cannot verify this on its own.

Under Ontario Ministry of Health guidance, Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV) given on or after April 1, 2016 is assumed to be bivalent. It does not protect against poliovirus type 2 and should not be counted as a valid dose. OPV given before April 1, 2016 is assumed to be trivalent and may be counted.

Other vaccines given outside Canada, especially unfamiliar products, should be confirmed as equivalent to an Ontario vaccine before being entered.
