About Routes to Care

Who developed this guide and how it was created.

Introduction

Routes to Care is a practical guide to pregnancy care in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area for people who may not have OHIP or secure immigration status.

It brings together information from healthcare providers, community organizations, and publicly available resources to help people understand what services exist, what to expect, and where to begin.

The guide is designed to support conversations with healthcare providers and community organizations. It does not replace medical advice or clinical judgment.
